A healthy lifestyle...
Is the lifestyle you want.. if you want to feel fit and energised make sure you love yourself... drink plenty of water throughout your day.. balance your diet. Diet doesn't mean punish yourself eat what you like when you like; yet remember your body needs fuel. So little and often with a good mix of all food types.. remember you should never be hungry. Keep it balanced a fist sized portion of protein with the same of carbohydrate.. and as much salad or and vegetables as you like.. will help keep your body fuelled. Snacks between your three meals a day will help keep your energy levels attuned with your body.. things like a handful of unsalted nuts piece of fruit etc.. will help keep the metabolism in motion..
Exercise.. we all need to exercise yet all that is needed is a brisk walk 20 to 30 minutes a day or the treadmill for 20 minutes on a slight incline.. some light weights.. this all helps with your state of inner calm focus on your breathing.. breath in for the count of 3 and out for the count of 5 it will help to keep you calm.. if you have any injuries or medical conditions that don't allow you to follow an exercise regime.. you should consult your medical practitioner.
Always listen to your body.. its a magnificent machine and if you treat it with love and respect it will serve you for your life time.
